45-minute online or face-to-face formal cognitive/memory disorders assessment appointment with a highly experienced, highly specialised, and highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist (price includes the cost of a comprehensive formal cognitive/memory disorders assessment using either the Montreal Cognitive Assessment or the Addenbrookes Cognitive Examination III or the RUDAS, and a full clinic letter/report). Each and every additional minute of time spent with the Consultant Psychiatrist will incur a further charge of £6.00 (this is chargeable at the Consultant’s discretion).
