Booking and Deposit Policy
To schedule your psychiatric assessment, a booking deposit of £40 is required. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your dedicated appointment time. It will be deducted from the total fee for your assessment.
Adults (over-18s)
– Inital Psychiatric (Mental Health) Assessment Appointment

60-minute online or face-to-face assessment appointment with a highly experienced, highly trained, and highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist (price includes the cost of the full initial mental health assessment, expert clinical opinion / recommendations, a comprehensive treatment/management plan, and a full clinical assessment written report, following the appointment).
Price does not include the additional costs of Blood Tests, 12 Lead Electrocardiograms (ECGs), Radiological Investigations, Psychological Therapy Sessions, or Private Prescriptions, if/when/where these are clinically relevant/necessary/required.
Adults (over-18s) – Follow-up Reviews

30-minute online or face-to-face clinical review appointment (if indicated at the time of the initial psychiatric assessment) with the Consultant Psychiatrist, inclusive of the clinic letter / report.
OR
Recommended 30-minute follow-up review appointment (either online or face-to-face) with the Consultant Psychiatrist, following the prescription of any medication at the 4- to 6-week stage, inclusive of the clinic letter / report.
Adult ADHD Clinic Services
Part A: Adults (over-18s) – General Mental Health Assessment and Adult ADHD Screening Review

80-minute online or face-to-face General Mental Health Assessment Appointment and accompanying Adult ADHD Screening Review, with a highly experienced, highly trained, and highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist. This initial clinical assessment appointment will serve to determine whether or not a further, more Comprehensive Diagnostic Appointment for Adult ADHD is required or necessary (price includes the cost of the full general mental health assessment, the Adult ADHD Screening Review, and a fully detailed written clinical report)
Part B: Adults (over-18s) – Adult ADHD Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment

70-minute online or face-to-face Adult ADHD Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment: undertaken through the completion of a detailed, highly focused semi-structured Interview, exploring clinical symptomatology, functioning, and Adult ADHD subtype determination, with a highly experienced, highly trained, and highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist (price includes the cost of the full Adult ADHD Diagnostic Assessment and the accompanying written clinical report).
Adults (over-18s) – Adult ADHD Review Appointments: Medication Titration Review Appointments / Mandatory Post-Titration Review Appointments / Annual or Biannual or Quarterly Adult ADHD Review Appointments

30-minute online or face-to-face titration appointment or review appointment with the Consultant Psychiatrist inclusive of the clinic letter / report.
OR
30-minute online or face-to-face end of titration review appointment with the Consultant Psychiatrist, inclusive of the clinic letter / report. (Production and Completion of the additional shared care agreement application form / document, which is sent over to the patient’s GP Surgery requesting them to take over all future Adult ADHD medication prescribing responsibilities is not included and carries an extra administrative charge of £100.00).

30-minute online or face-to-face Recommended annual, biannual, or quarterly review appointment with the Consultant Psychiatrist, inclusive of the clinic letter / report that needs to be completed as per shared care agreement responsibilities.
Memory Screening and Assessment Services
Part 1: Adults (over-18s) – Initial Mental Health Assessment and Cognitive/Memory Disorders Screening Appointment

80-minute online or face-to-face initial mental health assessment and cognitive/memory disorders screening assessment appointment with a highly experienced, highly specialised, and highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist. This initial clinical assessment appointment will serve to determine whether or not a further, more Comprehensive and Formal Cognitive Assessment Appointment is going to be required / necessary (price includes the cost of a comprehensive initial mental health assessment and cognitive/memory disorders screening assessment, and a full clinic letter/report).
Price does not include the additional costs of Memory Disorders Screening Blood Tests, Radiological Investigations (MRI Brain / CT Head), Neurocognitive Testing (which would require referral to an appropriate Clinical Neuropsychologist), or ECGs, if/when/where these are clinically relevant/necessary/required.
Part 2: Adults (over-18s) – Formal Cognitive/Memory Disorders Assessment Appointment

45-minute online or face-to-face formal cognitive/memory disorders assessment appointment with a highly experienced, highly specialised, and highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist (price includes the cost of a comprehensive formal cognitive/memory disorders assessment using either the Montreal Cognitive Assessment or the Addenbrookes Cognitive Examination III or the RUDAS, and a full clinic letter/report).
Part 3: Adults (over-18s) – Memory Disorders Diagnostic Feedback Review Appointment

60-minute online or face-to-face memory disorders diagnostic feedback review appointment with a highly experienced, highly specialised, and highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist (price includes the cost of the full discussion of any investigation results, clinical opinion, recommendations, treatment/management planning, and a full clinic letter/report)
Adults (over-18s) – Follow-up Reviews

30-minute online or face-to-face review appointment (if indicated at the time of the diagnostic feedback review appointment) with the Consultant Psychiatrist, inclusive of the clinic letter / report.
OR
Recommended follow-up Review Appointment (online or face-to-face) with the Consultant Psychiatrist following prescription of any cognitive enhancer medication at the 4- to 6-week stage, inclusive of the clinic letter / report.
Private Prescription Costs
Private Prescription Script cost for non-ADHD medications
