Medication Titration Review Appointments / Mandatory Post-Titration Review Appointments / Annual or Biannual or Quarterly Adult ADHD Review Appointments. 30-minute online or face-to-face titration appointment or review appointment with the Consultant Psychiatrist inclusive of the clinic letter / report.
Cancellation Policy
To cCancellation and failure-to-attend fees We require at least 24 hours notice for an appointment to be changed or cancelled. We often have patients waiting for an immediate appointment; failure to notify us in good time means other patients miss available appointments. Cancellations also have cost implications for the practice. Although discretion will be used, a charge will be made if you fail to give adequate notice of your cancellation. Failure to attend an appointment without giving any notice | Full fee charged Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hrs notice | Full fee charged. Recurrent cancellations at short notice: Pre-payment will be required at the time of booking.
